Companies and organizations in the modern world function as a kind of community with a hierarchical structure. In this sense, companies and organizations are a microcosm of human society and culture. One of the things that characterizes a human company is that it has flaws – because human beings are not perfect and are not complete. A healthy organization knows how to identify this and work to improve. There is a national DNA for every country – for example, in organizations and companies in Japan, a concept called “Kaizen” (改善) is recognized as part of the organizational culture of every organization in Japan. The “Kaizen” improvement – the continuous improvement of operational output, the part of every organization’s activity that is constantly improving. Ultimately, every organization can find out the secrets of the world’s successful companies, and can find the right way to start from scratch. If we don’t start here, in Israel, we and others will not be able to navigate, because in this context, no Israeli organization is the DNA of the Israeli organization, but the organization itself sometimes needs external assistance.

So, What Is Organizational Empowerment?
Every organization or business has goals and objectives – in an optimal state, all employees and managers are synchronized together to achieve this goal. In practice, as good intentions alone are not always enough – managers and employees do not always keep an eye on the organization and its internal operations. Within the framework of organizational empowerment, the aim is to align these employees correctly and to better map out gaps within the organizational framework, to improve workforce management and organizational structure, to improve communication between the various parts of the organization, to improve the ability of individuals and groups to lead, to create a better working environment – all the things that every organization in the world does. Can we do it? So how? Well, the organizational empowerment of The Weekend responds to this new question. From that moment, the individual organizational empowerment has already talked about it in the session 23 sessions ago, as both shared their personal organizational empowerment journey over the course of a week (using group dynamics tools), and when all the participants then passed the personal organizational empowerment to a final goal: the organizational goal is to help every organization to reach its best self.
It All Starts With the CEO
After the Weekend was an exclusive experiential seminar for senior executives, the early returners were impressed by the high achievements of the company’s owners, in cities, in many companies, managers from companies received it in the process. The Weekend-used skills and capabilities. In the course of this, many of the company’s owners wanted to approach the consultant to advance to the final step of the consultant. The company was founded from the beginning – the unique organizational empowerment concept of the CEO home of the consultant was born. Also, the owners of the companies were, in a sense, at the beginning of the process in the CEO’s home at the consultant – also because it is in the practical form to the CEO’s many simulators that look at the consultant, and also the deep process of the organizational empowerment from The Weekend that the consultant aims to help every organization to reach its best self.
“A Spirit of Unity and Cohesion Was Born”

The situation that the CEO sees with his own eyes seems like a unique success, not quite – he tells us: “I thought about what to eat for breakfast: how to get the employees to stand together in the last year, many people go up and use other places. Only after I tried my personal application in the company, the change exceeded more than 10 employees (WEEKEND).” He then noted that rarely does a consultant and the organization’s headquarters hear and consult. “I said my output for the headquarters to manage and consult: what are the options – they were sceptics and visionaries – what I personally tell is that the one and two people who start to implement and improve their situation have really finished. The organization passed the coaching in the end.”
A Versatile and Holistic Process
The consultant at The Weekend is not just one of the organization’s all-employee profiles. The organizational consultancy provides a very wide range of aspects and systems on which the organization’s effectiveness depends – the ability to manage and develop itself. Add also to the headquarters in the operation and activities of the consultant’s all-employee profiles. As noted, the first and second returnees came with an organic, not a corporate format. At the end of the training, the consultant also learned about the organizational aspects. On the effectiveness of the second part of the organization was: a new concern for the consultant’s reviewers, they can now hear each other’s side; they are a great company and will be updated to know what’s coming. They are organizational systems and also committed to working on new goals with sustainability as long as it is more focused on most personal expectations for the whole.
Taking a Good Organization and Making It Excellent

The organizational empowerment approach to The Weekend consultant is not meant to save organizations in crisis. Rather, the goal is the opposite – we at The Weekend love to work in a very different way. We love organizations that are good and want to improve them further. In this context, every organization can operate and maintain in an ideal environment such that it will succeed and be excellent. Organizations that are good and successful are those that have all these elements. To bring the goal at The Weekend – the goal of organizational empowerment is to help every organization reach its best self. To help the organization learn how to follow, to build a holistic organizational empowerment for them, and help the organization to be better in the digital landscape of Israel in 2024.
